The tour price includes:

 

• Quality hotels in all locations (Houten, Cologne and Amsterdam);

• All tournament fees;

• Court time and coaching fees;

• 3 meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner);

• All transportation in the Netherlands and Germany, including a private van available 24/7.

• Sightseeing and entrance fees.

 

The tour price does not include:

 

• Airfare

• Medical expenses;

• Extra hotel charges, like phone calls or laundry;

• Souvenirs, snacks and drinks.

 

 

 

Other Information:

 

 

The trip requires a minimum of 3 (three) participants. If this minimum is not achieved until the deadline (June 1st) the trip will be cancelled and the package fee will be refunded.

It is highly recommended that the players arrange international health insurance for the extent of the trip. Euro Squash Tour will not be responsible for any medical expenses;

The travelers will need pocket money for snacks, drinks, souvenirs and any other expenses not included in the tour price;

The success of past trips was a result of a zero-tolerance policy for drinking, smoking or any bad behavior on and off courts. In case any of these situations happen, parents will be directly contacted and arrangements will be made to send the player home. Euro Squash Tour will not be responsible for any damages to hotel rooms, sports facilities or equipments caused by the players.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

Due to the tournament and hotel’s cancellation policies, the package fees cannot be refunded for any cancellations on or after June 25th, 2019. For cancellations between June 14th and June 24th (inclusive), only 50% of the package fee is refundable.
